01Above mentioned rates are valid for conference delegates only. Rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking.
02The hotel room rates are valid for 75th IFC only from 07 to 10 February 2027.
03The hotel room rates are applicable on a per room per night basis.
04The room rates include the buffet breakfast at the designated restaurants and Wi-Fi internet.
05Room check-in / check-out time is 14:00 / 11:00. In case of early arrival, room(s) must be booked from the previous day for immediate occupancy.
06The rates are exclusive of government taxes (18% GST) on rooms and will be charged additionally on the invoice. Should there be any change in the tax structure, the same would be applicable.
07The above rates are valid only until D-90, subject to room availability.
08All the above rooms are blocked on a call-in basis.
09Taxes are Government mandated and subject to change/revision.
10Given rates are exclusive of Airport Transfers, Tips, Laundry, Meals not mentioned, Room Service, Mini bar, phone bills, & any other services not mentioned.
11The booking must be guaranteed by 100% advance payment towards the room booked.
12In case the hotel of your first preference is not available, the room shall be confirmed at the next available preferred hotel and the price difference, if any, shall be paid by the guest.
13Refunds, if any, will be processed within 30 days after the completion of the Event.
